For the first 8 weeks of term My form 4A attended Mindfulness as one of our modules. I enjoyed Mindfulness and learnt new ways to cope with stress and relax such as 4-6-8 breathing. This is when you breathe in for 4 seconds then hold your breath for 6 seconds then breathe out for 8 seconds. This technique slows down your heartrate and relaxs you. I found Mindfulness very beneficial.
